Now it is on to applying to the State of Illinois!

Well Things were going too smoothly. We have hit a bit of a snag as it seems there are problems with a brewery and a retail liquor licence holder being in the same building. Stay tuned !!!!!!
Due to Licensing issues DeNovo is moving to 105 S. A St.. Our hope is to do a quick
change of location with the Feds and re-
04 February 2014 The new opening date estimate is sometime in May 2014. Location Change paperwork has been filed with the feds.
We have had several establishments who have expressed interest in serving our beer!!!
31 Mar 2014 Everything continues to look good for a mid May opening!!!! We are beginning to plan for a grand opening.
01 May 2014 Well we are making progress …. I think. We have been told we will be listed on the 45 day web page in the next few days and we will be inspected sometime in the next few weeks.
18 May 2014 Brewery is essentially done. All it needs are the finishing touches on the fermentation temperature controller, a few modifications to the wort chilling system and a good general cleaning.
June 15th Received a call from the State Liquor Commission and was informed that our Craft Brewer Licence application had been approved. WE ARE A FULLY LICENSED CRAFT BREWERY!!!!
By next week you should be able to find our fine fresh brewed beers at Market Alley Wines!!
June 27th 2014 We made our first delivery to Market Alley Wines !!!!! Visit them for one of our fine craft beers.
